Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a General Dentist for its established Twincourt Trail practice in St. Augustine, Florida. The full-time position is scheduled for five days per week and offers clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, modern technology, a daily guarantee, and tiered production-based compensation with performance-based increases. Annual earning potential is $200,000–$350,000 or more, with average daily production of $3,000–$5,000. The office has 12 operatories and is fully digital, with Itero digital scanning and Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology. Clinical resources include a Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont. The dentist leads diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, working alongside a supportive team that includes a full-time General Dentist, office manager, hygienists, assistants, and care coordinators. Requirements
- Be licensed as a General Dentist, or soon to be licensed, in the state of practice.
