About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a General Dentist for its established Twincourt Trail practice in St. Augustine, Florida. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, modern technology, and a focus on high-quality patient care, with the stability of an organization backed by more than 40 years in dentistry.

The full-time schedule is five days per week. Compensation includes a generous daily guarantee and tiered percentage of production, with performance-based increases. Advertised annual earning potential is $200,000–$350,000+. Average daily production is $3,000–$5,000.

The practice has 12 operatories and is fully digital, with Itero digital scanning, Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology, a Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont. The dentist leads diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, supported by a team that includes a full-time General Dentist, office manager, hygienists, assistants, and care coordinators.
