About The Position

Bright Direction Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our team five (5) days per week. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in a well-supported environment. Our practice offers a full scope of general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic procedures, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency treatment. We treat patients of all ages and focus on building long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful care. The schedule is designed to support both productivity and quality, with a manageable daily patient flow and a strong hygiene program that drives consistent exam opportunities.

Requirements

• General Dentistry license in the state of WI
• Delivers exceptional general dentistry
• Customer service and interpersonal relations
• General pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor
• Excellent Oral and written communication
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
• Communicate well with patients and teammates
• Provide excellent clinical care
