About The Position

Smile Trust Dental Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our expanding team. We provide comprehensive dental care to our Humanitary Medical Center members and private patients across multiple locations in Central Florida. Our organization operates within multidisciplinary medical centers, providing an established patient base, strong clinical support, and modern technology, allowing our dentists to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while our administrative team manages scheduling, marketing, insurance coordination, and operations.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
  • Active Florida Dental License.
  • Current DEA License.
  • Active Malpractice Insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years of General Dentistry experience preferred.
  • Experience treating adult and geriatric patients.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage patients is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Open Dental or similar dental software.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume practice.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases and dental conditions.
  • Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic restorations.
  • Perform simple and surgical extractions.
  • Deliver removable prosthodontic treatment including complete and partial dentures.
  • Perform root canal therapy (preferred but not required).
  • Place and restore dental implants (preferred but not required).
  • Administer local anesthesia safely.
  • Review and interpret digital radiographs and CBCT scans when indicated.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation using Open Dental.
  • Educate patients regarding oral health and preventive care.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, and office managers to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Meet clinical quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service.
