About The Position

BDG Dental Services, a 100% dentist-owned dental group, is seeking dedicated Associate Dentists to join their expanding team. The practice emphasizes growth, learning, and camaraderie, offering opportunities to place dental implants within the first year with mentorship. They provide a supportive, team-focused culture and a strong business support team to ensure success. With 16 locations across Southern Nevada and ongoing expansion, BDG Dental Services is committed to developing dentists' clinical, communication, and leadership skills through their "Life-Time Dental Care" philosophy.

Requirements

• Dental Degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Nevada State Dental License.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Willingness to grow with BDG Dental Services and open to new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Placing dental implants within the first year with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
• Performing a full range of dental procedures with full autonomy.
• Providing excellent patient care and utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
• Growing clinical, communication, and leadership skills within the organization.
