About The Position

Dental Associates is Wisconsin's largest family-owned dental organization, which has grown over 50 years from a one-chair clinic to 14 clinics across Wisconsin, providing general and specialty dentistry. Joining their team offers the unique opportunity to run your own practice within a larger practice, allowing you to focus on providing excellent oral health care and building high-quality patient relationships, rather than the business aspects of running a practice. The organization emphasizes collaboration and mentorship, providing access to an exclusive in-house network of doctors, specialists, and support staff to help practitioners advance their skills. Dental Associates offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary guarantee, the potential to earn up to $400,000.00+ per year, and a robust patient base that ensures full schedules and higher earning potential through their Doctor Incentive Program. Dentists are empowered as leaders to direct their teams, schedules, and treatment plans, with extensive internal support for IT, marketing, staffing, scheduling, accounting, compliance, continuing education, patient financial services, and reputation management. The company, founded in 1974, fosters a culture that welcomes patients into a "dental home" and provides team members with a career path. It is a strong company with resources to continually invest in growth and its talented team members, offering an exciting, stable career with state-of-the-art technology, on-the-job training, continued education, career growth opportunities, a dedicated support team, and a pleasant work environment in Wisconsin.
