About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its established practice in Surprise, Arizona. The dentist will care for an established, predominantly PPO patient base in a comprehensive dental office, with experienced clinical and operational support and access to in-house Board-Eligible and Board-Certified specialists. The role offers clinical autonomy, including control over treatment planning, and percentage-of-production compensation based on experience. The practice’s teams help manage operational responsibilities so the dentist can focus on patient care and clinical growth. The schedule is five days per week, Monday through Friday, with Friday availability required and some Saturdays required. Requirements

At least one year of clinical experience.
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Current Arizona dental license, or ability to obtain one before employment.
Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
