About The Position
A well-established, growing dental practice in Tiffin, Ohio, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to meet patient demand. The 18-operatory practice includes two surgical suites and has an Oral Surgeon on site three days a week. It is booked weeks in advance and sees over 60 new patients each month. The position offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, personalized coaching, and a defined path to ownership. New graduates are welcome. The posting estimates that a solid producer working four days a week could take home $250,000–$350,000, with potential for up to $500,000 for doctors who provide endodontics, implants, and Invisalign or work five days a week.
