About The Position

Midwest Dental is seeking a General Dentist for their Northeast Wisconsin practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to join established, high-producing offices with strong patient demand and new patient flow. Providers will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level, with opportunities to expand their scope in areas like implants, endo, clear aligners, and restorative care. The position offers a collaborative community of providers passionate about clinical excellence and patient relationships, with the support of a larger network while maintaining a private practice feel. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and specialized training through the New Doctor Bootcamp.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
