Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to join our team in Winslow, Arizona. Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Arizona Dental License or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Board certified or board eligible
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or patient-centered care facility
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt before hire date, card within 30 days)
• Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing
