Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to join our team in Winslow, Arizona. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Arizona Dental License or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Board certified or board eligible
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance card or receipt
- Undergo drug testing prior to employment

- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or patient-centered care facility
