About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a General Dentist for its established practice in Liberty, New York. The role offers a daily guarantee of $1,000 and tiered compensation of 34–36% of production, based on monthly production, with stated annual earning potential of $250,000–$350,000+. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The practice is a busy, eight-operatory, digital, multi-specialty office providing general and pediatric dentistry. It uses Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology, nitrous, the Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont. The dentist has clinical autonomy over diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, supported by an office manager, hygienist, assistants, and care coordinators. The practice reports 45+ new patients per month, approximately 12 patients per day, and average daily production of $5,000–$6,000. The position is full-time, scheduled four days per week, with flexibility on the number of days. Weekends are not required. GEDC describes the role as offering stability backed by more than 40 years of operational experience.
