About The Position

The Dental Office of Moody is seeking a General Dentist to join an established, family-oriented practice focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient trust. The practice offers a strong new-patient flow, a full clinical schedule, modern digital technology, clinical autonomy, and support from experienced leadership. The patient base is PPO and fee-for-service, with no Medicaid.

The position offers a $250,000 minimum guarantee with the opportunity for higher, production-based earnings, mentorship, a Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership with no upfront cost. The dentist will provide comprehensive dental care and contribute to a compassionate, collaborative patient experience. Support is available through peer and mentor case reviews, clinical and leadership development resources, and a dedicated team handling administration, billing, and scheduling. The practice also takes annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active state dental license.
• DEA license.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry, including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge work, endodontics/root canals, and iTero scanning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge work, and endodontics/root canals.
• Use iTero scanning as part of patient care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.

• Participate in professional development through the Doctor Development Plan and available clinical and leadership resources.
