About The Position

Cedar Creek Dental, formerly Robert C. Scheele DDS and Associates, PC, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join its team. The dentist will work closely with team members to provide exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. Services include crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care.

The office is located at 9830 Auburn Rd Ste 103, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. The schedule is Monday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Thursday 7 a.m.–3 p.m., and Friday 7 a.m.–12 p.m. Compensation is $155,000–$215,000+ annually, with up to 35% of collections.

The office uses digital X-rays, intraoral cameras in every operatory, a paperless charting system, a panoramic machine, air-driven handpieces, and The Wand. It is in-network with numerous insurance providers, including Delta Dental, and references TPA for Cardington and DHA fee schedules.

Requirements

• Hold a general dentistry license in the state of Indiana.
• Deliver exceptional general dentistry and excellent clinical care.
