Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Northgate practice in Medford, Oregon. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI (or ability to obtain)
