About The Position

This is a full-scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on IV sedation and conscious sedation cases, surgical extractions including impacted third molars, implants, complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery. It also includes pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting. The company provides patients, staff, instruments, assistants, and back-office support, while the dentist provides the surgical skills.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD with strong surgical training and experience (GPR/AEGD residency or documented chairside surgical volume)
• Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)
• Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)
• Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team
• Patient-first mindset

• General dentists who have built a surgical practice through residency or hands-on experience
