About The Position
The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking candidates to join its Community Radiology Group within its Regional Health Network, specifically in the Tidelands Division, which covers Horry County and Georgetown. The ideal Radiologist should be proficient in a broad spectrum of diagnostic imaging services, including mammography and "light IR" procedures such as biopsies. All interested candidates will be considered.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree
- ABR Board-certified
- Fellowship trained
- Experience in all aspects of general radiology (for General Radiologists)
- Experience in breast imaging (including ultrasounds and MR) (for General Radiologists)
- Experience in some light interventional radiology services (for General Radiologists)
- Interventional radiologist experience required
- Ability to obtain a permanent South Carolina medical license
Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging services
- Perform mammography (Mammo)
- Perform "light IR" procedures including biopsies
