Requirements

At minimum, beginner-level accounting knowledge
Confident with high volume work load
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Microsoft product knowledge
Excellent computer skills
Able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues, customers and management
Positive and hardworking personality
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Ability to provide quality customer service
Detailed follow up
Motivated team member who enjoys their work and having fun with their colleagues!

Responsibilities

Process files and assigned work tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume position
Post daily transactions to the accounting management system
Competently apply appropriate accounting principles to assigned tasks
Communicate with other staff members, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer incoming calls
