About The Position

Marsden Central, L.L.C. is hiring a General Cleaner in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role focuses on cleaning and servicing a building, including floors, waste disposal, restrooms, and surfaces. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use a two-way radio.
• Must wear a uniform.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Must become a member of SEIU Local 26 and complete union membership and dues authorization upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the building.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
