About The Position

The General Cleaner is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning commercial properties and following the company’s mission and values. The position is located in Heber City, Utah, and is listed as part-time, with full-time positions also available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Starting pay is $18 per hour. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum.
• Dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors.
• Wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when they have been cleared.
• Perform high dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supply needs to a supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to a supervisor or manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
