About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a General Cleaner to clean commercial properties while consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The position includes surgical cleaning in a medical facility and requires maintaining a safe work environment and using supplies, equipment, and time efficiently. The listed shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum.
• Dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors.
• Wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when they have been cleared.
• Perform high dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supply needs to the Supervisor.
• Report lost-and-found items to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
