About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Floater General Cleaner to clean commercial properties while consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The role includes cleaning commercial spaces and a medical facility, maintaining an orderly and safe work environment, and reporting maintenance, damage, supply, and lost-and-found issues to a supervisor or manager. The position is listed at $20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 4:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum, dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors, and wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean units and areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when they have been cleared.
• Perform high dusting and dust windowsills and blinds.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supply needs to a supervisor.
• Report lost-and-found items to a supervisor or manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
