About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner for the St. Louis Park Area, MN. This position involves cleaning restrooms, labs, lobbies, entrances, check-in areas, and lunchrooms. The role requires a friendly, reliable individual who can perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and twisting. The cleaner must be able to pay attention to small details, accept coaching, and communicate effectively via text or English. A pre-employment criminal background check is required. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English or able to text to communicate with management.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to bend, twist, do a physical job and see small details.
- Must take coaching well.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities
- Cleans restrooms, lab, lobby, entrance, check in, lunchroom and exams.
- Trash removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Disinfecting all surfaces.
- Glass cleaning.
- Bathroom cleaning.
