Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for evening shifts in St. Paul, MN. This is an essential job that offers room to grow within the Marsden Family. Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English for safety and training.
Must be friendly, reliable, and communicate well.
Must be able to get along with others on the team.
Must have a good attitude.
Able to do a physical job with high detail.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
Moving furniture to sweep, mop and vacuum under.
Disinfecting all surfaces.
Window cleaning.
