Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Union membership and dues authorization with SEIU Local 26 must be completed upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Cleaning exam rooms, public bathrooms, vacuuming hallways, high dusting and low dusting in exam rooms, offices and hallways.
