About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a part-time, evening and weekend position in Eagan, MN. This role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and servicing a business facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alone in a building and can perform physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping stairs. This is considered an essential job.

Requirements

Must not be afraid of being the only person in building.
Must be able to sweep and mop 3 flights of stairs.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
