About The Position

The General Cleaner is a frontline Team Member who performs cleaning and disinfecting duties using 4M’s practices, green-seal-certified supplies, and equipment. The role includes maintaining facility cleanliness, replenishing supplies, removing trash, and reporting maintenance concerns. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM. Duties may vary. The position reports to the Account Supervisor/Account Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required.
• Successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using 4M’s practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide courteous and reliable service as a representative of 4M.
• Wipe down countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.
