About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for evening shifts in Austin, MN. This role involves cleaning two different buildings: a retail store with mostly carpet and two small bathrooms, and a tech center with offices, bathrooms, and a break area. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, and surface cleaning. Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
Cleaning two small bathrooms daily.
Cleaning a back break area daily.
Vacuuming all carpets and removing garbage.
Sweeping/mopping break area floors each cleaning.
Removing and vacuuming carpets throughout the tech center each cleaning.
