About The Position

Marsden Central, L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for evenings in Austin, MN. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas within a bank, including restrooms, break areas, offices, and conference rooms. The position requires attention to detail to ensure all areas are clean and presentable nightly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing 3 restrooms nightly, including restocking supplies.
• Cleaning downstairs and upstairs break areas nightly.
• Removing all garbage from bins throughout the building nightly.
• Vacuuming all carpets, including bank offices and conference rooms, nightly.
• Sweeping and mopping all hard floors nightly.
• Spot cleaning all glass walls and vestibules nightly.
• Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
