About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a part-time evening position in St. Paul, MN. This role involves full disinfecting of offices, lobby, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms. Responsibilities include trash removal, glass cleaning, heavy dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and stocking supplies. This is a physical job at a small account, with shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Full disinfecting offices, lobby, hallway, restrooms and conference rooms.
- Trash removal, glass cleaning, heavy dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stocking.
