About The Position
Marsden Central, L.L.C. is hiring a General Cleaner in Duluth, Minnesota. The position is part-time and scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cleaning work includes restrooms and detailed cleaning, as well as floor care, waste removal, surface cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Sweep, vacuum, dust mop, broom sweep, and hand mop floors throughout the building.
- Spot clean carpets.
- Collect and dispose of trash from building bins.
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
- Spot clean interior glass and polish stainless steel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
