About The Position
Ability360 caregivers deliver high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care to eligible consumers in their homes or places of residence throughout Pinal County. Services include attendant care, personal care, activities of daily living (ADL), respite, and habilitation. Caregivers help consumers with disabilities remain in their homes and live with independence and dignity. The role also provides companionship and socialization. Ability360 provides caregiver training and notes that some members of its leadership team began their careers as caregivers.

Responsibilities
- Provide attendant care, personal care, respite, and habilitation services.
- Assist consumers with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
- Run errands and accompany consumers to appointments.
- Help consumers with transfers.
- Provide companionship and socialization.
