About The Position

Agape Hospice & Homecare is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Pinal County. Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Arizona.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program and eligible for NBCOT certification.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
