About The Position
Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a General Auto Service Tech / Entry-Level Mechanic for Dover Nissan. This role is intended for an automotive technician early in their career who wants to develop their skills and advance toward certification. Paid training, certifications, and structured advancement opportunities are provided in a high-volume shop with experienced leadership and a supportive team culture. The position includes a five-day work week, with Sundays off. The technician performs basic automotive maintenance and services, completes multi-point inspections, and assists with brake services. Candidates should have at least one year of automotive maintenance or repair experience, a basic set of automotive repair tools, and the ability to understand technical documents. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with minimal points are also required.
