About The Position

This is a part-time position with 29 hours per week. The role requires the ability to perform tasks that involve extremely heavy physical effort, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects and materials exceeding 100 pounds. Sensory requirements include visual perception and discrimination, and potentially the ability to perceive and discriminate colors, odors, depths, and oral communications. The job involves regular exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as smoke, dust, pollen, odors, fumes, temperature extremes, machinery, explosives, traffic hazards, toxic/poisonous agents, and disease or pathogenic substances. The Orange County School District will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to allow them to perform the essential functions of the job when such individuals request an accommodation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Up to two (2) years previous experience and/or training involving clerical or secretarial work
  • Any equivalent combination of related education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential job functions.
