About The Position
ADB Safegate is searching for talented and enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for innovation and excellence. We are hiring for the General Assembly I role — a vital position responsible for assembling and modifying electrical and electronic equipment such as airfield lights and signs. As a General Assembly I team member, you will assemble, modify, and test electrical/electronic systems and components. You will inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits. You will also adjust, repair, or replace components to ensure quality and safety. Additionally, you will interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and specifications, maintain accurate inventory and documentation, and collaborate with Cell Leads and engineers to solve production challenges. You will contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workplace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED OR one to two years of related experience/training.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, and perform basic computer functions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks in a moderate noise environment.
