About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and work instructions. This role supports production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus.
Ability to read basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts, components, and products using hand tools, power tools, and equipment as required.
Follow assembly instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies during assembly and report quality issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production flow.
Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
Retrieve materials and components from storage or production areas for assembly.
Handle and organize parts and subassemblies to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist in inventory counts and report material shortages or discrepancies.
Contribute to a safe, environmentally responsible production environment by promoting best practices and continuous improvement in health, safety, and sustainability.
