About The Position

Millwood is accepting applications for general laborer positions to handle various day-to-day jobs. The role involves hands-on physical labor and operating machinery to help streamline company production and maintain customer satisfaction. The position offers base pay plus performance opportunities. It reports to the Plant Manager and floor supervisors. The schedule is an eight-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with first- and second-shift availability. Employees may be asked to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop, kneel, lift, reach, and perform other physical tasks during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately.
• Punctuality and respect for coworkers and supervisors.
• Hard-working attitude and eagerness to learn multiple jobs and grow with the company.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
