Requirements

Works with various hand and power tools.
Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Utilizes common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
Provides accurate work on a consistent basis meeting precise tolerances and standards.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment performing a variety of frequently changing tasks.
Ability to work alone effectively under stress and in situations dangerous to self or others.
Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
Basic computer knowledge (required).

Nice To Haves

Six months or more experience working in a manufacturing type position (preferred).

Responsibilities

Preparing, assembling, testing, and packaging according to operating instructions.
Meeting daily production schedule as assigned.
Operating various workstations to complete assembly of scheduled parts.
Complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per Franklin Fueling Systems.
Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Reporting problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Performing other duties as required or assigned.
