About The Position

Franklin Fueling Systems, a division of Franklin Electric, is seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members for its production team. The General Assembler assembles, tests, and packages products according to established procedures and quality standards. The role involves operating assembly workstations and production equipment, using hand and power tools, and meeting daily production goals while following safety requirements. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing production environment, with opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Six months or more of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Test and inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Operate a variety of assembly workstations and production equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow assembly processes, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
• Report equipment, quality, material, or process concerns to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team objectives and production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
