About The Position

The General Assembler assembles products for distribution while supporting quality control, inventory management, efficient operations, and on-time delivery. This on-site hourly role supports productivity, collaboration across departments, and customer satisfaction. Workdays are Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime and additional hours may be assigned during peak times and at year-end to meet business demands. The position involves assembling and packing HVAC products, monitoring and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or six months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment in lieu of education.
Able to work 8–12-hour shifts while standing.
Available to work any shift and/or overtime as needed.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work cooperatively with others.
Able to manage time effectively and organize and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrates strong job-related knowledge and operates in alignment with safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Assemble products in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
Follow safety regulations and company policies during assembly operations.
Pack HVAC products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Label, stock, and organize items accurately for easy access and restocking.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Store parts and tools properly to avoid delays or safety issues.
