About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Assembler (EC) to support the assembly, inspection, and preparation of finished products. In this role, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations, ensuring product quality, and meeting production targets in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality products to customers and supporting overall operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements; identify and report defects or discrepancies.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment required for final assembly processes.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Accurately complete production records, checklists, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Move materials and components within the work area using proper handling techniques and equipment.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
