Responsible for production floor cleaning duties. This includes using a dust mop to clean the production floor, mopping with approved chemicals per procedure, and buffing floors as needed. The role also involves cleaning various items such as doors, windows, plastic curtains, fire extinguishers, desk areas, chairs, and copy machines. Additionally, the position requires emptying trash cans from assembly, packaging, and main transition areas, cleaning the main transition room daily, and changing sticky mats as needed. Material transition rooms also require daily cleaning, including windows and plastic curtains. The role includes maintaining the mop closet, washing mop buckets, and changing dust mops and mop heads per procedure. The job requires carrying out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA, and completing all assigned regulatory and operator training. Availability for other projects and assignments as requested by management is also expected, along with the ability to seek assistance from co-workers.
