About The Position

At BloomHR, we operate remotely and offer flexibility in employment arrangements, including part-time, full-time, contract, and internship opportunities. We are a growing company, approaching our first anniversary, and function as an extension of our clients' HR departments, providing both day-to-day support and strategic guidance. Our focus is on strengthening client teams, navigating complex decisions, and implementing programs that foster growth. We support senior-level strategy, align talent with business needs, and develop employee programs tailored to client culture and goals. We seek individuals with a passion for HR, consulting, operations, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, or administration. Team members are expected to be strong communicators, relationship builders, autonomous within a team, and adaptable to wearing multiple hats.

Requirements

• Passion, education, and/or experience within the HR world.
• Interest in HR consulting, operations, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, or administration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
• Adaptability to wear multiple hats.

Nice To Haves

• Occasional (quarterly) in person internal team development or client events, typically in the greater Charlotte, NC area.
