Requirements

  • Conversational English - verbal and written/read.
  • Computer/electronic literate - trainings, paperwork, email/communication, time keeping, benefits and other employee systems.
  • Ability to provide 6 references when requested.
  • Ability to pass a National, State, and Local Criminal Background check.
  • Ability to provide valid I9 documents if hired.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in food processing a plus.

  • Follow all company safety rules - no exceptions.
  • Use personal protective equipment as required with no exceptions.
  • Report any noncompliance issues or unsafe situations/equipment to supervisor immediately.
  • Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Actively participate in campus and general housekeeping duties.
  • Participate in plant sanitation.
  • Demonstrate a daily commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Report any issues with product flow or production to their supervisor immediately.
