About The Position

Requirements

• Have built, researched, or shipped at a genuinely high bar, whatever your domain.
• Do your best work before the map exists, and would rather take a fuzzy problem, scope it down, and own it end to end.
• Are pulled toward the seam where neuroscience, biology, and modern ML meet, whether your entry point is neural recording, signal processing, large-scale training, data infrastructure, or something we haven’t thought of.
• Are comfortable with large, messy, real-world data and the rigor it takes to trust results from it.
• Collaborate high-bandwidth and low-ego.
• Are driven to build technology that expands what people can do.
