Requirements

• A strong professional or educational background in a field relevant to Intramotev’s mission (Engineering, Operations, Business, etc.).
• A growth mindset with the ability to develop innovative and novel approaches to traditional industry problems.
• Open-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, "all-hands-on-deck" startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Local to or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO (100% in-office).
• U.S. Person (immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Rail, Electric Vehicle (EV), or Unmanned Systems industries.
• Previous experience in a startup or small business environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or collaborating across different engineering or business disciplines.
• A passion for sustainability and industrial revitalization.
