About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented team member to support our print and operations functions. This role involves processing print requests, assisting internal clients, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in office support
  • French (spoken and written) and English (functional level) given the clientele, mandates, and international scope of the firm
  • Advanced knowledge of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PdfDocs, Workshare, Adobe Pro and document management software)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and good priority management
  • Ability to learn new skills

Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately process print requests submitted to the print department
  • Provide timely, priority-based support in response to internal client requests
  • Coordinate with the courier team to ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of print jobs
  • Support the operations team with the ordering and distribution of office supplies
  • Collaborate with the mailroom and operations teams, providing assistance as required
  • Provide support to the scanning, conference center, and archives teams as needed
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
