The General Affairs role focuses on creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for the Cerritos office and SDSA distribution centers. This involves working closely with regional GA PICs in the NA region to ensure general affairs/safety policies are operated according to standards and to lead enhancements. The position also includes administrative duties for the Cerritos and Santa Ana Offices, supporting onboarding and termination processes, and managing personnel changes. The role serves as the first point of contact for office management duties such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment for the Cerritos Office. A key responsibility is maintaining the office by ensuring all office systems (printers, scanner, internet connection, telephone, etc.) are operating properly and addressing issues promptly. Facility management, including safety and cleanliness of all office areas, is routine. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date inventory of company assets, managing and processing vendor invoices in coordination with the Finance Team, and planning corporate events and executive requests. The position requires inspecting facilities to identify safety, health, and environmental risks, and performing other job-related duties as required.
