This role focuses on managing our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions to ensure seamless financial operations. Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily accounts receivable functions such as: processing customer invoices, preparing and mailing invoices and statements, obtaining down payments from customers, and running and applying payments to customer accounts.
- Overseeing day-to-day accounts payable functions, including entering invoices that have appropriate documentation, credit card statements, expense reports, credit memos, and other accounts payable related items.
- Providing light office support.
- Providing accounting support to the controller.
